Your Role:
In this position, you will play a key role in supporting our financial operations by assisting the Finance Manager with month-end closing, VAT, and Tax Reporting. You will be the go-to person for executing payments to suppliers whenever our Credit Controller is unavailable. Maintaining precise financial records, including those for banks, payables, receivables, income, and expenses, will be a critical part of your day-to-day responsibilities.
You’ll ensure all transactions are accurately posted in our financial software and collaborate with auditors during our annual review. Additionally, you will manage the processing of invoices through our electronic filing system and handle any ad-hoc reports requested by management or the holding company, adapting swiftly to meet the needs of the business.
