I make sure that KPIs are set and met, identify sales weaknesses, and coach my team so they can reach their full potential.
Market analysis is also a big part of my day, helping us make data-driven decisions and navigate the complexities of the fuel sector. But beyond the numbers and strategies, what truly makes my role unique is the relationships we build—with our customers, suppliers, and within our own team. Being able to adapt to market shifts, solve problems on the spot, and grow together with the company is what makes this job so rewarding.
